How it works.
Treating nests is one part of it. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and care. It's important to us that you know what to expect, and how we can support.
Book Online
Head to the booking page, select your region (South West London & Surrey or Kent), and choose an available date and time slot. You'll be asked to provide details about the nest location and any photos you have. Payment is taken upfront via our secure booking system.
We Arrive
Your technician arrives within the booked time slot, introduces themselves, and asks to be shown to the nest or the area of activity. Every visit is designed to last up to 30 minutes on site.
Assessment
Before treatment begins, the nest is assessed for size, location, and safe access. If anything unexpected comes up — an inaccessible nest, a bee nest, or safety concerns — your technician will talk you through the situation honestly before taking any action.
Treatment
The nest is treated using professional-grade insecticide — either powder or spray depending on the situation. Your technician will explain which method is being used and why. Treatment is carried out safely and thoroughly, without cutting corners.
It's Done
Your technician will confirm treatment is complete, give you aftercare advice, and answer any questions. You can expect wasp activity to reduce significantly within 24–48 hours. The nest doesn't need to be removed — treated nests are left in place and won't be reused.
Pricing — no surprises.
All pricing is agreed before treatment begins. No hidden fees, no call-out charges added on top.
